Twin Artesian Stables is located in Suamico WI, near Green Bay.
My parents allowed me to have my first pony "Black Beauty" when I was in the 6th grade. Having my own stables someday was a dream of mine. The dream began to materialize in the early 90's. What was just land and home became... Twin Artesian Stables. The name came from the two artesian fed ponds that grace the property. The ponds are mostly used to train and swim the horses. The barn was built by the Amish, "Ivan & Company". The 40*60 barn went up fast in the bitter cold of winter after Christmas in 1994. It is so true the Amish are hard working energetic people. The inside of the barn and first paddock was finished in time for my first foal, Opus Black Mikasa to be born. He is my custom-bred horse in this new breed - the Moriesian. Mikasa is the first registered Moriesian stallion in history. My original intention was just a one-horse dream...

I had no idea at that time, how this desire & dream would ultimately direct my life.
I selectivly raised all my Moriesians to obtain my goals. My perseverance and belief in the Moriesian breed became a reality in the year 2003.
Mikasa also sired the first in history, of second generation Moriesians in 2003.
In 2008 my Jr stallion, Tinus's Dream weaver sired another first in history from our second generation Moriesian mare, Mikasa's Bold Dandy. We named our filly Tinu's First Woven Dream, she is now offered for sale.
My one horse dream is now a well known breeding program for Moriesians and other beautiful foals.
I started with 3 Morgan mares breeding to select Friesians to create my Moriesians.
The size of my herd is small - the focus is quality. I chose the best Friesian stallions and Morgan mares that would create a versatile performance/family horse with Pizzazz!!! Many of my foals are in the show ring making a name for themselves in the show ring, others are loved family and flashy trail horses.
Twin Artesian Stables has also made a name for itself with the type of training offered. My training specialty is what many would call "natural training" methods with a strong dressage background. If the horses was foaled here or brought to me for training, they all receive a solid foundation the new owner can go right into what ever discipline they desire. Many references available.

I share my home and dream with my best friend, soul mate and life partner, Ron Jensen. He loves and enjoys the horses as much as I do and we especially love taking vacation together out west with our Moriesians.
A vision requires priorities to be defined & sought after ... as a dream once only dreamt - is now lived.
